Exhibit A — Description of Services

Grassroot offers live, AI-powered teaching, tutoring, and study assistance across various subject areas: mathematics, physics, chemistry, life sciences, economics & business, computer science, English, and social sciences. Grassroot content is provided at various levels: college prep, exam (AP, SAT, ACT), career, and hobby.

Grassroot is available 24/7, with multilingual support; audio, text-based, and visual learning aids are utilized, and lesson notes are recorded automatically. The platform contains two session modes: Learn and Practice; session modes derive content from vetted, open-source educational resources such as OpenStax of Rice University.

Learn Mode presents course-length lessons, broken down by chapter and content. Practice Mode generates questions pertaining to lesson content to allow students to hone their skills. The chat feature in Grassroot lessons allows students in real time to ask and receive answers to questions pertaining to content in session.

Grassroot's dashboard tracks user progress across learning modules, with insight into performance on practice questions completed in the platform. The Upload feature allows students to upload their own course materials in order to develop their very own learning modules, from which the AI tutor can teach and answer questions; this feature is compatible with Learn and Practice mode.

Grassroot's Community feature allows students to share and access materials from Uploaded modules within a closed Community (e.g., those in their school or class); access to communities is granted via email domain.
